The Witch Shop does not share customer information including email or postal
mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send
unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new
or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received.
For privacy purposes, your credit card
statement will reflect a charge from Rapid Enterprise. You may also make
your checks out to the same. |

Shipping
In order to utilize our site's built-in
fraud protection, please place orders using the shopping cart and checkout
process over the internet. FedEx shipping rates are calculated in the
shopping cart. If we can find a better deal, ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD WILL BE
CHOSEN BY US. Rates are for reference only and may be adjusted if
inaccurate. You will not always be notified prior to any adjustment.
We ship from Blanchester, Ohio.
Selection of
a special delivery method does not, however, constitute acceptance by us.
Nor is it a guarantee of delivery date. Orders placed after 3PM might not
ship same day regardless of shipping method chosen. We reserve the right to
adjust shipping charges due to server errors . Please be certain these
policies are acceptable to you prior to ordering.Occasionally,
metaphysical products prompt questions and judgement from others. We
understand that you may need to have a neighbor, coworker, or family member
accept your delivery and this could prove uncomfortable for some.
We pack orders in discreet USPS Priority Mail or plain brown boxes. Rest assured
that there is no indication of the nature of our business OR the contents of
the packaging.
The only information on the box is what is required by USPS:
Our company name (RAPID ENTERPRISE), our address and phone number,
and of course, your name and delivery address.

Credit Card and Fax Purchases
Our order form
is on a totally secure server. The encryption used will protect all
information that you provide. The information that you
provide is used only for the purpose of processing your purchase.
The billing
address you provide for credit card transactions must match that of your
credit card. Credit card orders will be shipped within
24 to 48 hours from the time you process your request.
We recommend
that you print the page with the details of your order along with the
confirmation page providing you with an invoice number.
Your purchase
will also be confirmed via email.
